On some Dynex TVs, there are control buttons on the side of the TV (Volume controls, Channel controls, Menu, Input and Power). Just press the Input button until you get to the correct source.

will let you find your model and get a copy of the manual to check where those buttons are on your TV.

What needs to be adjusted is picture size, not aspect ratio. Your Dynex may or may not have such a provision.

Is it still not working? If it was working fine before, it's probably a short-term outage. If Netflix is the ONLY service that is not working, then connect to the Netflix website first, then your online Netflix account second. If those both work, contact "help" from your Netflix account.
