The track belt keeps dislodging from brush roller

No...once they are stretched out, usually caused by softening of the track material due to water chemistry issues, the only solution is new tracks.

My dolphin begins to work, then stops. What could

There are several problems that could make these automatic pool cleaners fail to climb the walls. The cleaner could be too heavy. Empty and wash the filter bag and add floats if necessary. Make sure there is no water in the handle and that the brushes arent worn. If the cleaner is too light, add weights. If there are excessive amounts of algae on the wall, you will need to brush the walls first. The algae can prevent the cleaner from climbing. Make sure that the temp is at least 65 degrees in the pool. Make sure there is nothing caught in the impeller.

My Dolphin turns on and

I’ve been having this issue on and off for about two years now. There’s a pretty easy fix, or at least patch, since this issue will come back from time to time. Unplug everything, the power-cord from the wall outlet and the aquabot from the power supply. Turn the aquabot upside down and leave it alone for 5-10 min do any stored power completely drains. After 5-10 min plug everything back in and turn on the power supply with the robot still upside down. It will go through a test phase where it will spin both directions and various speeds. This will last about 30-40 sec. Once the test is over, turn it off, put it in the pool and turn the power back on. It should work properly. If the test phase only lasts a few seconds or more that 2 min. Unplug everything, wait a little longer, and start over again.

I have a dolphin pool cleaner but the power supply will not stay on. I plug it in turn it on and it shuts off within 10 seconds.

Sounds like there is water inside the unit. It can be repaired by taking it apart and letting in totally dry out. After it is completely dry, Re seal the unit using some RTV silicone on the gasket. Or if you can get a new gasket that would be better.

Your Dolphin pool cleaner wont start up...

A common problem, especially with 'newer' Maytronics Dolphin brand pool cleaners is that you put the unit in the pool, or even try to turn it on after a cleaning cycle while it is still in the pool, and to that point it has worked fine. You turn the power supply on and nothing happens. You turn it off and back on and still nothing. You leave it, even over night, same thing. What do you do?

While I cannot tell you why it does this (we have a theory but can not confirm it) what usually works is to follow these steps...

1) Unplug everything. Unplug the power supply from the outlet and the Dolphin from the power supply.

2) Let the whole thing sit a couple of minutes (we want to allow any capacitors to discharge).

3) Be sure the Dolphin is out of the water and sitting upside-down on a level surface (Tracks pointing skyward).

4) Reconnect the Dolphin to the power supply and the power supply to the outlet.

5) With the Dolphin still out of the water, perform a self-test. Simply turn on the Dolphin. Within about 15 seconds it should begin to move. The tracks will spin in both directions with and without the impeller motor running at the same time. It is not unusual for the tracks to rotate at different speeds during this test. The test will last for 30 - 45 seconds or so. If it goes on indefinitely, turn it off and contact us for further direction.

6) Assuming the unit has now worked to this point, you should be able to put it back in the water and it will return to normal operation from this point on.

If it still won't run; it runs a few moments and quits the self-test; or runs continuously, contact us thru the Dolphin service form along the bottom of our home page at www.arrowpools.net.
