Sounds like you do not have the oil filter torqued enough. Tighten it a quarter turn at a time and see if you can get it to stop. Replacing it may be the better option with an oil change.

Try Google put in make model etc and hope they have something or a genuine work shop manual.

James , sounds like a plugged catalytic converter, the test I use for this is buy cutting exhaust pipe in front of converter, noticeable change in engine performance will be had if converter was plugged.
