CLOGGED SHOWER HEAD - HOW TO CLEAN
You can dip a shower head and CLR or Oxsee clean. You can do it the old-fashioned way and use a needle or a small nail and clean out every little hole or you can run high-pressure water through the opposite end of the showerhead. Little carbon and gasket material finds its way through your screens and filters into your house and comes through your showerhead clogging it. if you can get those clogs out by simply running water backwards through it, you might solve your problem, but you must take it off to do this. simply's unscrew it counterclockwise. it should come off remember to use thread tape to put it back on and make sure the rubber gasket is also inside If you need further help, I’m available over the phone at

How do I change a single diverter to a 3 way diverter?
Not exactly sure what you are attempting. A quick-and relatively inexpensive way-would be to add an Alsons diverter to the shower arm. It is simply removing the shower head, adding the diverter, and reinstalling the shower head and accessory hand held shower. If you are looking for something different, there are myriad valves on the market that would allow for such change. However, changing to a new valve could get somewhat complicated. For example: you may need to increase the size of the supply lines that are feeding the shower; some diverters require a 3/4" feed.
Also, if you check the box stores, they have several shower/hand held shower kits that already have the diverter with the packaging. Again, I am not exactly sure of the end result in which you seek, but I hope this helps some.
E6 error message
It appears that your elevation system is where the fault lies. This could be as simple as recalibrating the lift mechanism, or possibly correcting faulty wiring from the lower controller to the lift motor. Be sure to check the condition of the lift motor as well as the wires entering the lift motor. Sometimes the wires will pull away from the plastic connector causing a lift motor error

9.31 precor error 26 and loud noise
Precor Error Code 26
Error Code: 26
Manufacturer: Precor
Model: All Models
Error Description:
Error 26, Motor Pulse Width Incorrect - Observation of the speed sensor signal and verification the signal from the speed sensor is appropriate for the requested speed. If an incorrect or erratic speed sensor signal is detected the error appears.
Possible Reason:
- The line of sight between the speed sensor and the speed sensor target is obstructed.
- Incorrect gap between the speed sensor and the speed sensor target.
- Incorrect adjustment of the speed sensor potentiometer (when equipped).
- Damaged speed sensor target.
Recommended Action:
- Using a static safe vacuum cleaner, carefully vacuum out the drive motor compartment. Be sure to thoroughly clean the area between the speed sensor and the speed sensor target.
- Inspect the gap of the speed sensor to the speed sensor target. Proper gap is 3/16" and the speed sensor photo eye should be aimed at the larger portion of the targets wedge shaped section. If unit has a magnetic speed sensor, the gap between the end of the sensor and the flywheel tooth needs to be 3/16".
- Locate the speed sensor potentiometer (when equipped) on the lower PCA. Set the speed sensor potentiometer to mid-range. Start the treadmill and increase speed to 6 mph. Carefully adjust the speed sensor potentiometer until the treadmill is operating the smoothest. Increase the speed to full speed and again adjust the speed sensor potentiometer until the treadmill is operating the smoothest. These two adjustments are typically small and are generally only a matter of fine tuning.
- Inspect the speed sensor target for any scratches or tears that could cause incorrect readings. Replace the speed sensor target if
