You would need a factory reset on the TV. You will need to call the manufactor for the reset information.

I assume this TV has no Audio In and Video In, from your Cable box there's an antenna out or cable out, connect that to your TV's antenna in, and make sure that your TV is tuned in to channel 3 or 4, try those two channels. You can only change channel thru your box, your TV channel is alway's on channel 3 or 4.

if no any power indicator at the front panel, the first thing you can do is tried to plug the tv in other wall ac socket. if still no power, unplug the cord then check for a broken wire. if ok, at this time you are going to remove the cover of the tv to check weather the fuse at the power supply get blown.

You must have its remote control to select inputs.

I have xfinity Comcast cable connected to my Disney's CARS TV/DVD combo. I did not have a remote for it because I bought it at yard sale without it. I used Comcast's remote control. I followed their "Searching For Your Code" instructions. #1-turn on your TV. #2-hold SET till red lite blinks twice. #3- enter 9-9-1. The red lite blinks twice. #4-press nd release the CH+ key until TV turns off. #5-once it turns off press SET key nd red lite will blink twice. #6-Now u have locked in ur code. Press power and TV should turn on. Then CH+,CH-,VOL+, and VOL- should work for ur TV.

The horizontal output section circuit should be troubleshooted. Contact any experienced service technician.

Make sure someone hasn't pressed 'mute' on the remote. Also, if there is a 'menu' button, trying going in and seeing if someone accidentally changed the settings in there. The other possibility is that if there is a place for headphones to be plugged in, make sure there are none plugged in to the port, because the sound would then bypass the speakers to go out of the headphones.

Likely a bad connection in the set, considering a 13 inch it may cost more to fix than to just buy another set. Most of these 13 inch sets are not very well made to begin with.

Try to remove batteries but if just bought it today take it back for exchange or refund.

You are going to find individual parts are not sold for the DVD only if available the complete unit----on a 13 inch unit cheaper to replace the unit itself.

Look in the closed caption area for TEXT to see if engaged---it will do this.
