you may be using more air that unit can supply. This is a very common error. it is only 5 cfm which is small. Call Whitton Supply Co. or visit our local Oklahoma City showroom (405) 236-5561.

This nailers are very inclusive , i have experience issues when i try other nails brands, and when i put DeWalt nails they work just fine. keep in mind that most nailers have a safety that when a couple of nails are in the magazine it wont shoot,

I think I can help you guys needing a replacement CC-5440M12 120V/60Hz Ronning Motor. I have been cleaning out my shop and I have four (4) of these used electric motors. All work fine. They still have the plastic fan blade on one end and the metal gear on the other. I actually have electric cords wired up on each of them that I used to make sure they worked.

Just a guess but I think you have broken the rings inside. If you keep running it with broken rings you will trash the cylinder inside. I think you can buy a new pump for it if you are not mechanically minded.

There is no reset button for the compressor, if the compressor won't start check the valve is not open, also check the outlet power, Shut the drain valve at the bottom of the tank if it's open

firstly its always better to change both of the bands even if one is broken this always keeps the drive trim.all seems well clean all the contacts ie battery and gun (do not use any cleaning products this will cause grease)just wipe clean with paper towel.

What? If it won't shut off when it trips the limit valve. You need to replace the pressure switch.
