I need to know how to convert it to a toddler bed

There should have been an extra board with the crib.

My sister-in-law swears her's didn't come with it, but our's did.

You have to remove the sliding front side, along with the metal rails that hold the rail. You''ll see a hole on each end. 2 long screws hold the board on.

Is there any way I can purchase the hardware for this crib?

If anything, you can call the manufacturer or look on ebay or go to your local home depot store and match it up

I enter in my model

Respond to this answer. I need to know if you have a FINGER PULL style dropside
or if you use your SHIN to push and drop the side down. I will get you the number you need.
