I have the same problem as this after cleaning. The machine won't power on. It does a power on self test and then the grounds tray full or missing light comes on and nothing else can be done. A friend of mine with a similar machine says hers fixed itself after a while so assume some sensor got jammed/obscured with my over zealous cleaning. However I'm not hopeful. Might try taking it apart.

Likely a foreign object is blocking up the grinder. Remove all beans and run at coarsest grind to try to clear it, chase it through with more beans if necessary. If this does not clear it then the top burr of the grinder assembly can be removed after disassembling the machine. Mark the grinder coarseness cogs before moving them to assist reassembly. Moderately difficult procedure.

Good morning Tony since your machine seems to be a relation of mine, I will do what can to assist you. I will put a photo of mine in for comparison I am sorry about how dark my black coffee machine is, you can see that they are related. What I can suggest here and now is that you remove the infuser once again and put it back carefully in its place, I would give that a try, and have done enjoy your coffee kolbrun

These machines are so complicated they have to serviced by authorized service centres at least once a year. Heat, pressure and plastic parts fail, plus neoprene O-Rings lose their lubrication properties and go hard. Yours needs dealer service.

does it have a power light on or not lite up ? if so you have power to the machine ? if so . the thermal fuse will have blown and is not re-settable .it is in line of the power cord and or along the water heating tube as a thermal indicator to blow when too hot for human consumption ..nice huh it is a size of an aspirin not soldered only crimped style radio shack has them rated at about 8-10 amperage of two for $ 12.00 bucks or so. manufactures make it so it is a throw away sociaty they are made in bing dow chi chi mow countries and you can afford to buy another , not us we are smart and us a thermal breaker that is re-settable but it alone is $ 15.00 bucks but I have several that I gave out to less fortunate families through the years, because I hate filling up land fills with trash that can be fixed..that who I am ..mybad...if it is worth the trouble you can fix it with a test meter and fillips screw driver and such...if you paid 20-30 dollars ?? happy trails >^.^<

Our friend is right. Two holes ( very small holes ) of the screw nob were blocked ! These holes were responsible for drawing the milk upward by vacuum. I used a needle to unblock these two holes . Bingo the problem was solved and now the steam can produce creamy milk

You are not completing the descale program. See below.10.3 DESCALINGDue to the continuous heating of the water used to make the coffee, overtime it is normal for the tubing inside the machine to fill with lime scale.When the light starts flashing( chap. 12-point 5), it is time to descalethe machine.NOTE: when the light switches on, the coffee maker can still be used toprepare coffee.Proceed as follows:• Empty the tank and pour in the contents of one bottle (125 ml) ofDURGOL descaler plus one liter of water.
