Your issue is likely the control board and would need dealer servicing. Hi,I had the same problem with my Siemens EQ.300. The problem was residues that are sticked to brewing unit. Here is the solution for my Siemens EQ.300Take a plastic brush and clean all part of the brewing unit, deeply, under tap water for 5 minutes. Dry gently, and re-inserted to the Siemens EQ.300 machine.Update: After a while, same problem happened again. This time, I have washed my coffee machine's brewing unit in the dishwasher. These machines are so complicated they have to serviced by authorized service centres at least once a year. Heat, pressure and plastic parts fail, plus neoprene O-Rings lose their lubrication properties and go hard. Yours needs dealer service.

The frother tubes get blocked. You need an enzyme cleaner, which is not the descaler.

This means that the thermocouple inside the machine is probably broken and needs to be replaced. Please contact Delonghi for this.

Probably something is wrong in the mainboard of the coffee maker. Please take up contact with delonghi themselves.

Could be the brew unit pushing the door open because there’s a coffee build up in the spring loaded chute that directs coffee from the brew unit to the outlet. Result is that the chute is jammed.

Needs cleaning. Might need disassembly. Be prepared to throw up. Mine was moldy.

If cleaning the infuser doesn't work, sometimes the error will go away over time or after you try to unplug from the wall. Finally, a system reset may help: you accomplish a hard reset by having the machine plugged in, pressing and holding down both the decalcify and ground coffee buttons, unplug the machine for 15 seconds (still holding down the buttons), then replugging the machine into the socket before releasing the buttons.

It's quite likely your unit had a blown thermal fuse caused by a bad thermostat. Test them by disconnecting one end and a meter should show continuity if the part is good. The pro's test them in circuit while the unit is plugged in, power showing across the part means it is bad. REPLACE BOTH PARTS TOGETHER.

Hello Karen, I am not a service professional; however, I have owned 2 Delonghi espresso machines for 15 years now and done several service repairs on my machines and they are still running great! Was the machine running ok before removing the infuser?? Please be sure to read section 10.2 of your service manual. If not available, you can visit here to view manual https://www.seattlecoffeegear.com/assets/user-manuals/delonghi/delonghi-esam-3300-user-manual.pdf Additionally, make sure you have inserted the infuser back onto the machine correctly. Review towards the end of section 10.2 where you must make sure the infuser is compressed back closed and upon inserting it onto the machine the red buttons must click that the infuser is installed correctly? Please see troubleshoot picture attached. Also be sure to clean your machine inside underneath the infuser as many coffee grounds are collected there after a period of time. I don't know how old you machine is, but replacing the o-rings on the infuser and greasing the moving parts (o-rings) is recommended. Be sure to use lubricant recommended for food contact. most coffee makers have a temperature sensitive diode in the circuit, and that will "blow". if you are comfortable working on your own unit you could troubleshoot it, otherwise, bring to a repair shop.

Sounds like milk steam apparatus is clogged. Try to disassemble this portion and clean thoroughly. Descaling will not help this section.

It looks that doing descaleing has blocked some out let's try removing by thing and run som worm water to remove or open channels if not you have to go inside to refix
