If you did a system restore or repair try running a program called Advanced System Care

After you run the program uninstall it because there is a lot more involved with the settings and setup than just installing the program and running it. For example, it comes with a Malware program and you can't run 2 malware programs at the same time so you'll have to uninstall the malware program and prevent it from downloading as an update.
Replacement motherboard not rebooting
If you did not change the CPU the the BIOS is not seeing it correctly. You can update the BIOS or you should be able to press F1 to continue to boot.
Laptop very slow
Try booting to safe mode by holding F8 when it starts. Depending on the operating system, this should bring up a menu that has options. Pick safe mode with networking. And see if that helps. If it does then you need to run Malwarebytes on it to see if that is one of the problems. www.malwarebytes.org
Bottom drive won't open dell xps 8000
Click on the COMPUTER icon that shows the drives and right click on that drive and select EJECT. If it wont open, look for the pin hole in the front and use a straight paper clip to push straight in and see if it opens.
Dell Studio 1535 Laptop
Hi Kwesi Quincy,
The Optical drive (DVD drive) is present on the right hand side in a Dell Studio 1535 system so please press the eject button next to it and see if that helps. You may refer the attached picture which might help.

Where can I find media clip for dell 1737
Hi,
Can you please let me know the exact files you are looking for ? Did you save the files somewhere and missed the location or Is it the common folder you are looking for where the media files are stored ?

Stuck cd inside dell xps
I had the same issue with my Dell XPS 15z, after looking every where to get instruction to get the CD out. I decided to call Dell Tech Support and it did work.
1. Turn off the laptop
2. Turn on the laptop and press F2 several times until the setup menu come up
3. Then press the eject botton from the keybord, the Cd should come up.
