How do i hook up phone to my proscan digital watch

bit confused as to which watch you want to connect phone to, as the AK09 tri band, is already a watch/phone it has its own sim card, however the proscan digital watch has not and is only bluetooth connectable, if it is the proscan watch you want to connect i have added a link to there web site which you can download the instructions on how to connect your phone to it, you didnt say what model number it is so i presume it will be this one, if not there site has 3 altogether you might find it on there hope this helps
