First, you must know which is Spark Plug #1.
1. Remove all spark plugs.
2. Hold & insert a long plastic straw down Spark Plug #1's hole.
3. Need large metric socket & extension & ratchet to turn Crankshaft Pulley.
4. Turn the Crankshaft Pulley until you see the straw goes down and up. Notice the ATG Peaking.
5. Turn again, 360 degrees and what for ATG Peaking.
6. Mark the straw when it's at its highest point (coming out of the hole).
7. Do it three times to make sure that marking on straw is same as first time around.
8. That is rough check on ATG Peaking. To beginners & mechanics it's called Top-Dead-Center (TDC).
9. Look at the Crankshaft Pulley, you must see the marking on the pulley as well as on engine block or timing belt cover's marking.
Those two much alien up.
10. Now go on the top to check the Value Cover Pulley (you may have to remove the Value Cover Top). You should be able to see marking on the pulley to alien to top of engine head (value cover removed).
11. Turn the ratchet until the timing belt move to those marking.
Good luck.

You can look up one in the Valve Assy Cover (you will need to take the cover out), then you can see the Valve Pulley. It has marking for ATG Peaking, which many may called it Top Dead Center (TDC).
Find Spark Plug #1, then remove all spark plugs out of the engine.
Place a long plastic straw into the center of Spark Plug #1's hole.
Now, get the large socket with a ratchet wrench and place on the Crankshaft Pulley.
Turn the Crankshaft Pulley you see the long plastic straw going down & then up.
Mark with a marker when the straw is at its peak (ATG Peak).
