Buttons on front of tv not working
Try to clean the buttons pcb fitted inside of tv as there is some moisture and may be track open on the pcb board where these buttons are fitted . You may check the internal connectors of Buttons pcb and the mother board inside where some leakage leads to such issue. Clean the pcb and connectors clearly and perfectly then this issue will not occur further.

Daewoo tv is 7 yrs
will not know that until you have a proper diagnosis done to determine the damage and if parts are still available
only then can you make that decision

I own a Daewoo DC
Perhaps you need a writable CD disc. Or maybe there's no room on that discs that you're using
The picture doesn`t fit the screen. Daewoo DWX-28W5GB telly
Sometimes the box that sends the signal to the TV preconditions the signal to 4x3 or 16x9, depending on the capability of the TV. I always opt to the "no fit" option and allow the intelligence of the TV to fit the screen.
If you have "off air" TV signal without that preconditioning, I cant help.
