Mine is the same. Throw it and ditch Boxee. Since day1 it has been unstable and locks up when playing music. OS is not very robust. Very buggy. Vendor does not appear to be releasing bug fixes. With never buy a DLink Boxee again

Router's default login details in order to prevent unwanted access to the administration page. Click on the tab labelled 'Maintenance' and go to the subheading labelled 'Password'. In the first box enter the router's default password 'admin', in the 'New Password' field enter a password of your choice, and confirm the password by re-entering it in the second box, once done, click on save. After a short wait you will be prompted to log in to the router, this may now be done by using 'admin' as the username, and the password which you have just configured. Once you have completed all of the above steps you will be able to connect to the internet using both wired and wireless set-ups. Hi Cory, this definitely sounds related to the firmware updates that Boxee pushes out every so often. You'll be fine in no time.First go and grab a computer and download the most recent firmware update from Boxee's website. Now go and copy the file on a USB flash drive and power down your Boxee box while keeping it plugged in. Following that procedure, press and hold the power button for 10 seconds until the device turns on. You will then choose to enter Recovery Mode and select "Update From USB" in order to download the most recent version of the firmware.Still no luck? Leave your device turned on, enter the "Settings" menu, select "System", and go to "Advanced". Now you can clear away the Media Info Database and resolve any issues you may be encountering with scanning problems.If it's not yet working it's time to enter "Recovery Mode" and do a hard factory reset. To do this, you will select "Reset All Settings" and then select "Factory Reset". This will wipe your Boxee of all its data, forcing you to update the firmware via the USB flash drive procedure we mentioned above.
