In what? It would be helpful if you supplied the Make, Model of Laptop and the OS you are using? Memory or HDD is full? What message, if any , are you getting? If it's the HDD, use freeware CCLEANER: http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/ and delete ALL unnecessary programs. If it's the memory/ram, use the TOOLS section, select STARTUP, disable ALL unnecessary startup/running programs, reboot.
