My Cuisinart CCJ-500P1 won't turn on how to repair

I've just fixed my ck17 which had similar symtoms. There are 2 electrolytic capacitors in the controller board, which I replaced. It's very close to the bottom of the kettle where the elements is,and they are only rated at 105degrees, .one of them had evidence of leaking, so I replaced.them both, with higher voltage ones ,also rated at 105degrees.
1000uf 6.3v replaced with 1000uf 16v
47uf 25v replaced with 47uf 50v
