Cubot king kong 5, when I turn it on it asks 4a "privacy protection password". I did not set 1 up, never even heard of that. what can I do or where can I go 2get this solved?

When I turn my cubot phone on, it comes on , but thAts it, won't do anything, and hasn't been damaged at all. What do I do?

Try phone reset Power off the phone, hold the volume down key and press down the power button simultaneously for about 15 seconds. The phone will power up and shows an exclamatory mark. Then release the button. Press the volume down key, it will display the menu. Choose the menu by press the volume down key. Choose "wipe data/factory reset", press power key to enter in, then choose "delete all user data", press power key to confirm. Wait until it indicates "data wipe complete". Then choose "wipe cache partition", confirm with power key. Wait for a few seconds, the screen will shows "cache wipe complete". And at the last, choose "reboot system now", confirm with power key, then the phone will reboot.

In settings go to "connectivity (or connections)". Find "mobile networks". Change network mode to LTE/3G/2g (autoconnect)
