No heat at all most commonly used is just a burned wife connection in the kettle . I find that a lot of the time. To repair it you should use high temp nickel ring terminals. Standard ones won't last l long like these do. It might be time for a while new KETTLE wire set. Find a dealer in your area . They should help you determine what to do.

The most common reason is the THERMOSTAT is short cycling or turning off to soon. It could also be one of the elements is not working any longer if it is a kettle with more than one? You should find the small red inducator light and monitor it during a popping cycle. If it's going out early on in the cycle that indicates the thermostat has opened and not calling for heat. On the Gold r unjust like the bigger units the smaller light that comes on when you turn the kettle switching tells you the thermostat is closed and it's heating. Monitor the popping cycle and see when it goes out . A common problem would be it's shutting off to soon so it's not getting enough heat to pop in the correct amount of time. Not enough heat in the kettle to do the job. The corn will dry out and pop poorly when there is not enough heat. Either a thermostat adjustment or replacement or a bad element.

Any Creators dealer would be glad to sell you one but when you hear the price you will probably consider repairing yours. Even if the pan itself is bad , I have still repaired them for much less than purchasing a kettle complete.

Either a R40 250 watt infrared or I have seen the 125 watt available also in the hardware stores. Prices are better than going to the factory for one and they are easily available.

If when you pick up the kettle to dump it you can spin the agitator in the pan with one hand easy then it is not stuck. check to make sure the motor switch is supplying voltage to the motor. If that is ok now that you have the front panel off look inside to see if the motor is turning but the drive head which comes up thru the pedistal isnt then the motor shaft pin has sheered off. if nothing is moving at all motor needs replacement. the list on those from the factory are over 600 so make sure its bad first.

Make sure the voltage is correct and matches the power source.It is possible the blower is not turning to keep air blowing across it? There also should be a theremostat that shuts it off if its getting too hot. Any one of these could cause that to happen.
