I ever used something called Daniusoft DVD Ripper to succeed in converting DVD's to my ZVM... it will not break the video into pieces, it will join all DVD titles and chapters and make them as one standalone video file.

It might be intereference that's being amplified. Try moving the power pack away from other things. I got the same when it was positioned near a 360 power brick.

I will give you a easiest way for finding the drivers that you need for your hardware.Just download the software named driver magician.Install it and it will search for the drivers that is not installed for the hardware you have through internet and will download it for you.

Run the dell diagnostics on the sound card .
1. Restart your computer
2. tap on the f12 key slowly five times
3. select the option Boot to utility partision or diagnostics
4.select dell 32 bit diagnostics
5. Select customer test and test sound

If the test pass, try system restore , probably the problem is with the sound card drivers

if the sound test fails , shutdown the system again and remove the cmos battery and start the system without it once.Check sound again .

to find Creative Labs drivers, go to this page: http://support.creative.com/ and in the upper right hand corner, choose your region of the world... on the next page, choose your country and language. This is important as some models are only sold in certain countries, so be sure to select the country where you bought the cam.

once you are in the support page, click on the cams section and see if your cam appears on that page.... if not, and you need help to figure out what exactly to look for on the site (there is quite a lot) use the link to help you 'identify your cam' in the upper right corner above the photos of all the cams.

after that, use the link at the bottom to find your cam in the lists provided on the next page.... once you select something from the list, you have to click the 'next' button at the bottom.... that should take you to the page where you can download your driver, and possibly other software and a manual if you need those things too.

be sure you select the driver for your operating system, and keep in mind that some older cams don't work on newer systems, like windows vista.

You must balance your speakers. It is not the DDTS-100. I had the same thing with active speakers. Check your speakers separately though. If it still sounds like it sound comes from underneath the surface, the speakers are maybe broke. If not, get a new DDTS-100.

you can buy them off e bay i got mine for about 50 quid but no remote
