Craig Televison & Video - Popular Questions, Answers, Tips & Manuals
I've got a 32" Craig flat screen, power came on, tried to program the remote, then lost power. What do I do?
If the monitor loses power then I would open the monitor up and look at the power board. That would be where the power cord plugs into the monitor
On the power board there are a number of capacitors. They store electricity. Look at the top of each capacitor and if any one of the tops is bulged they will let the power escape to the monitor won't start. The capacitors must be flat on top. Any variation from flat will cause power failure. I'm not a expert in electrical componets. The only experience you mite need is the ability to solder.
