Question moved from Cars and Trucks to one of the Lawn Tractor categories. That has all the indications of a battery that has reduced voltage and no cold cranking amps. There is just enough power to light the LEDS and make the relay click. Remove the battery and charge it up. Clean the terminals and connectors with a wire brush and smear them with Vaseline. Belt-the number one cause for your blades not to engage is that your belt is either stretched or loose causing it to slip or fall off completely. Belt could have snapped also. When you are trying to process too much grass/leaves they could pack up under your deck and push off your belt.

I have found some hard to find items on EBAY and have posted on Craigslist wanted section to find needed items. Craigslist is more local so you might want to post in numerous cities or states. Good luck!

I would tie a piece of nylon fishing line, 100 lbs strain, to te old cable and pull the old cable out. Prepare and tie the nylon line to the new cable and gently pull it through.

These wheels are usually just held on with a Key way, ALOT OF TIME they offer resistance because they are rusted insode the rim and are needing a mallet to hit them from the inside pretty hard.

Turn it as you can usually a lever on the back side of the mower can be pulled out without the brake on to slip the transmission into nuetral. Turn the tire. If you remove the old bearing, there will be a part number on it. Take that part number to your local bearing store for a replacement.
