The Craft master 4300 was also sold with the Janome HD1000 label. Thus the Janome manual should help you. There are several ways to order a new craft master 4700 machine is by Internet, any stores that sell these brands of machines, or go to a particular material store and they can help you to order the sewing machine you want. It always helps to have a variety of places one can go to get help in ordering the right thing that one wants.

I dont have a fancy machine but any time Ive experienced this problem I do 1 of 2 things. First I check for bits of thread stuck inside till I removed the bobin case again and discovered the thread way underneath there. Second, if that didnt fix it I rewind my bobbin. Dont know if either would work in your situation. Good Luck.

There is something called limit switch adjustments. They should be on the side of the opener. If the opener is not going up fully, increase the up limit by turning the up screw. Use a flat head screw driver only. 1 full turn of the screw gives you 2in of travel. Same for the down. If the door is not going down fully increase the down limit by turning the screw.

Make sure you have the correct needle and thread solution for your fabric. Check your manual there is a chart that states exactly what you need in that regard.

Clean the bobbin and chase. Look for any bits of stuck thread. If that doesn't work, re-thread the top and bobbin. If that doesn't work, take the needle out and re-insert making sure it is the correct way.

If you have you instruction manual look in there. If not, your sewing machine was distributed by Sears. Gather numbers from the machine (on the label on the back typically) and search for the instruction manual at parts.sears.comGood luck.

Hi. Loops on the underside of the fabric are generally caused by the upper tension being too loose. Use a size 12 needle, and size 50 thread with different colors in the upper thread and in the bobbin. Sew an inch or so, look at the stitch and adjust, tightening the tension just a bit at a time.
