Hi Angela This error is related to the Yellow charger that sets on the yellow drum, it might be out of position or defective, I would try to reset this error first to see if it goes away if it does not work you might need to replace that part. Reset Kyocera error code: 1. On the Operation Panel of the Kyocera MFP Enter Simulation Mode. Simulation Mode is accessed by pressing 10871087 on the number keypad. 2. Enter Simulation 906 Reset and Press the Green Start Button. The MFP will ask you to turn the main switch OFF/ON 3. The main switch is located on the right side of the device next to the power outlet. Try that and let me know! Good Luck

if this were your problem it would be obvious the inner tray is in the middle of the machine there is a lever that lifts up as paper stacks up its probably stuck in raised position

It is usually because you have the machine set up as A4 and the your documents or printer driver set to 81/2 X11(American letter size) size paper ,to override this ,got to the menu system button in the top left of the operation panel ,scroll down to printer setting in one of those menues you'll find A4/letter override turn it on and you'll get rid of the problem .

This code is a high temperature in the fuser unit. The reset process is as follows, enter 1087-1087-163-print button-execute-print button then shut machine off when the message comes up on the display. The machine should clear the code and reboot, if the code returns you will need to contact a service company for further assistance. Hope this helps.

You first need to pull the fuser out and manually check that it is running smoothly. More times than not, it will be the fuser rather than the motor.

If the fuser is fine, locate the motor then turn the machine on and visually inspect. If the motor does not run before the code pops up then replace it.
