It appears to be a known issue. The videos may help, but it may need the connections checking or a new screen.

My contixo tablet will come on, but freeze in the contixo Android loading screen. When I plug it up to charge, it automatically comes on as my other one just shows the normal black screen with the green battery. I need help trying to reset it. It has no pinhole for a reset, and I have also tried holding down the power button and the volume + button and still nothing. Can someone please help me?!?!

Hi, Please remove battery and place the + and - side according to the battery-located instructions or symbols provided. If the tablet does not work after that, please use a different pair of batteries to attempt to turn on the tablet. Thank you.

The Issue can be on the LCD, either it got dropped or pressed to hard. Local Phone Repair Shop can quickly look if it need replacement or adjustment.

Check that the connecting device Wi-Fi is turned on. Update to latest firmware version for all devices. Restart the Hotspot device or phone. Restart the devices you are trying to connect to the Hotspot.

if bough new bring back--if got used bought a brick

Try holding down the volume down and power button to give you start up and reset options.

Lots of such items are Chinese manufactured and could have been "in transit" for an extended time, long enough for the batteries to be ruined. Just an idea...

Hi until you're WiFi problem is solved u can't access Google play ...try another WiFi to check if it's the tablet at fault or WiFi....cheers

is there an error message? make sure you are connected to WiFi then try to update the google services mannually. Go to Settings > Security > unknown sources enabled it. This just allows you to install apps from outside Google Play. Google Play services 11 9 51 APK Download by Google LLC APKMirror Make sure you download the Google Play Services APK from link, then install it. Your tablet must be Android 4.0 and above. how this helps. please reply.

it should have an internet browser does it have google play store . Do you know how to use a tablet. You may need to place finger on right hand side of screen and swipe finger to left side of screen. Apps may be on next screen
