115 volt equals how many btu
Apples and oranges.
The 115 volts tells what "quantity" of electricity is needed to run the unit.
BTU's are the cooling capacity of the unit, which usually is about 5,000 for the smallest, up to about 18,000 for the largest.
Over 18,000 the electricity quantity is often boosted to 220 volts because of the larger size of the unit.
Should i drain the water from my upright ac unit
All of them I have ever seen have a way to "get rid of " the water from condensation.
Ours has a plastic bucket that must be emptied.
We have another that has a drain hose that can be directed to your choice of drains.
All I have seen will turn themselves off if not emptied one way or another.

Have you checked the fuses for the park lights because they usually work hand in hand with the cluster lights. The fuses for the ignition usually works for the instrumentation gauges on the cluster. You can also check the connection of the ignition wire from the battery that gets damaged by battery acid that seeps in the the wiring and corrodes the wire inside the insulation and you can see it because the outer insulation is still in tact..
