Anyone can help me finding the user manual for the Continental Electric portable air conditioner model CE-AC71071? I can't find it anywhere not even from the google search

It took me 6 seconds to find 71096 which should be close enough?https://usermanual.wiki/Continental/CE71096.1276926310.pdfYou have to remove everything that is extraneous for the search query, 'make model' only. If that doesn't work, add 'manual'.https://www.google.com/search?q=Continental+CE-AC71071..

115 volt equals how many btu

Apples and oranges. The 115 volts tells what "quantity" of electricity is needed to run the unit. BTU's are the cooling capacity of the unit, which usually is about 5,000 for the smallest, up to about 18,000 for the largest. Over 18,000 the electricity quantity is often boosted to 220 volts because of the larger size of the unit.

Should i drain the water from my upright ac unit

All of them I have ever seen have a way to "get rid of " the water from condensation. Ours has a plastic bucket that must be emptied. We have another that has a drain hose that can be directed to your choice of drains. All I have seen will turn themselves off if not emptied one way or another.

95 linclon continental

Have you checked the fuses for the park lights because they usually work hand in hand with the cluster lights. The fuses for the ignition usually works for the instrumentation gauges on the cluster. You can also check the connection of the ignition wire from the battery that gets damaged by battery acid that seeps in the the wiring and corrodes the wire inside the insulation and you can see it because the outer insulation is still in tact..
