A few things come to mind check to make sure that the charger is charging. Most chargers have a light on them to conferm. Next check the plug to make sure it is not damaged. After that you cam also take the battery out of the computer and see if the system starts. If it won't then it is a charger issue. If the system is older then 2-3 years them the battery may need replacing. I would start with this approach. Hope it helps.
