Not really, due to it being a very cheap compass. You can try shaking it around a lot to get it to reset, but you're basically stuck. I would find one with a better compass and go from there.

Hello, no it wouldnt be cost efficient to repair. A replacement if it is in a console will not cost a fortune. Hope that helps

If your compass is in a console the unit can be carefully prised out. The units are replaceable and generally a standard size. Hope that helps

Declanation (not inclanation) is different depending where you are located in the world. You can look up charts (magnetic lateral lines) on the net and they will tell you where your compass is pointing to, Magnetic north compared to TRUE north... Topographical maps will tell you how much to offset your compass to accomodate for declination...In degrees. I am no expert but I hope this steers you in the right direction. P.S. A compass always points to magnetic north not true north. Also I am not responsible for you getting lost ! lol
