Boot off your Vista disc and go to the Recovery options. Once inside there access Command Prompt (It is a choice in the Menu) type Diskpart.exe and hit enter. Then type Help you will see many options.

What you want to do is type 'List Disk' select the Disk you wish to convert and so forth. Basically the way to convert from GPT to MBR is in there. You can also clean all data off the disk from inside Diskpart and start over with MBR.
Commands to Convert Disks
convert mbr [noerr]

Use the convert mbr command to set the partitioning style of the current disk to MBR. The disk may be a basic disk or a dynamic disk but the disk must not contain any valid data partitions or volumes.

There are a few ways to solve this problem. Firstly, turn the device off. 2. Make sure your headphones are plugged ALL the way in (you should hear a click sound) 3. Press the on/off button and the volume up button at the SAME TIME 4. Once the screen is on let the on/off button go 5. DO NOT let the volume up button go 6. Could be a loose cable. Over time with the openning and closing of the cover the video cable is moving and in a few cases can become loose or pinched. If it is pinched it may need to be replaced. if build in cam is fails to recognized by the system, most likely it is a problem in the cam or the connection on the motherboard.
