You can remove or change the Window's User or administrator'spassword. You need access to a computer with Internet access to download theHiren's Boot CD and burn it onto a CD. Then insert this CD into the laptop/computer and boot upthe laptop/computer with the Hiren's CD and follow the instructions. There are very useful utilities CD and it a Linux boot CDwhich contains quite a lot of Utility programs including a password removalprogram. use other processor, their might be a possible cause that your processor was been busted due to your cpu fan is not working.
Even the psu is working but if it is not enough to supply a power to your system their is also a big chance that you cannot achieve display on your system, so better to try first other psu before purchasing a parts.

first run windows updates and see it it finds them! if not that you should be able to use the vista drivers.....in My expierence if no vista drivers are available I have had success using the xp drivers. yo ujust have to right click the installer and click Troubleshoot Compatibility

What disk drive? The CD/DVD? If so, you have to have the tray open to remove the cosmetic front bezel. Not sure why you would want to remove the bezel though. The drive should have a small hole in front. Take a paperclip and straighten it. Use the paperclip to force open the drive. You can force open the drive with either the computer on or off.

It seems to be BIOS password, if you don't remember or don't have the BIOS password you have to reset the password by opening your CPU cover and removing the CMOS coin battery, this will reset the BIOS password but dont forget to return back the battery and start using your PC.
