It was your call divert, if somebody calls you it will call to other number you diverted, to clear it just go to your call divert settings and select cancel all diverts.

Hello Ralph Burns, i understand your plight. The phones which i can recommend with wonderful voice clarity are any of the panasonic series. You can visit their website to view the products they have. But usually the problem with this suggestion is availability in your location. So i would recommend you either get a panasonic unit or a V-tech as they are also reliable unit.

Hello This may be a bit late, but the batteries reqjuired for your CSA50
are three(3) AAA size NIMH, 1000 MAH, RECHARGEABLE batteries, such as Duracell DC2400, etc. I hope this may help. By the way, if you
happen to have an extra (?) charging base only for this phone, I would

I had the same problem.
Use the instruction manual for the CSC50-ER.
That model is very similar to the CS40XLC and the instruction manual will tell you how to program the CS40XLC and also lists the parts that go with it.
The CSC50-ER manual is available on line.
