Aborting an "Attended Transfer" can be confusing. Someone calls in, you press xfer and dial extension 1000. You talk with the user at 1000 who does not want to take the call. The safest thing is to for the user 1000 to hang up, the click resume to rejoin the original caller! You can also hang up (or click endCall) then resume with the original caller to take a message. However, proper handling is required by your PBX/Switch/Server. Hope that helps, Sean

While farwarding the call you need to press the call farwarding option. Then try to put the number with the ISD code for example +919857012356 Country code must be there before the number.

Are you familiar with wireshark or other packet sniffers? You might consider running wireshark on the network to see exactly what the phone is doing when it boots. Cisco SPA504G Firmware update issue

You need to make sure that your laptop and IP phone are on the same network subnet. For instance, if you IP phone's IP address is 192.168.2.24 than your laptop must be on the same network addressing scheme, such as 192.168.2.23.<a href="http://www.ciscopowercube.com">Cisco CP-PWR-CUBE3</a>
