Well you solved the hardest part of the problem. You figured out the the motherboard has an AGP slot. From now on it's easy. You just have to buy an AGP graphics card.
You can buy a FX5500 for a decent price. Also if you do some digging you can find better VGA cards for reasonable prices.
Regarding the power source. You don't have to worry about that. It will support all you components.

I believe the header complies with standard layout, so the plug on the cable to the front panel audio connectors on your new case may fit as-is. Or on many cases the wires have individual connectors on the ends to push over the pins. If yours is like this, you can put them on the correct pins by following the table. The wires are marked with their functions.

The (magic) chip connects to your IAT (intake air temperature) sensor, you can usually find it by your air filter. I do not recommend using this (as I've said) magic box because it is simply an expensive resistor that will make your car think it is running colder than it is, resulting in hotter running temps and wasted fuel.

do you mean the moniter display dosnt work? check cable plugs at computer and moniter are tight and secure
