Hi anon, the usual ratio for most 2 stroke engines is 40:1. The 1 being two stroke oil

I have a 4 gallon groundwork back pack sprayer. It will not pump up pressure. I took the cover off and found some broken plastic pieces that pump up the pressure. Cant find a parts diagram to identify them or order them.

'Crank' means turns over. If it doesn't 'crank' it is seized. I think you just mean it won't start?

first thing is to check for a spark. Remove the plug and ground the plug base to a metal part of the engine. Switch on and pull the starter cord. In a dimly lit place, you should see it a nice fat blue spark. If you have a spark, then the only other two possibilities is no fuel or no compression.
