AIR LEAKING OUT OF GOVERNOR COVER

There is a couple of o-rings that could be bad. behind that cover is a centrifugal unloader that when the unit stops it reliefs all the pressure between the tank and the compressor head so the unit will not try to restart under a load.

Champion CSF30 compressor high screw temp fault

Check the oil level, if oil level is ok, check the cooler for cleanliness, if cooler is clean, check the thermal valve by measuring the temperatures going in and coming out of valve. The final thing would be the air-end (pump). has lost it clearances.

My automatic tank drain leaks air

The unit could have trash in the valve not allowing it to seat. Relief air and clean. If the unit blows air out for a couple of seconds after the unit shuts down that is normal. That is how the pneumatic valve works.
