There should be a button that says setup. If you push that it will tell you what to do, Ours does that.

Sadly, I do not find this manual or guide available at any price. I suspect might be acquired only by finding it in in a box with the phone on some auction site. It is not on the Casio site. Nor can the manual be found in Google, Yahoo , DuckDuckGo, Dogpile, Itsquick searches. Nor have I found it on several sites specializing in manuals. I have searched for it as Casio Phonemate, Casio Phonemate Gold, and searched for user manuals as images and found nothing but manuals for other Casio products. But perhaps your question will attract the attention of someone with such an item.

You you can. but you have to go to system options first and go to "accept zero" and set it on 1
