Time is not set correctly. You set the time as AM instead of PM and vice versa. Use the following manual to set time correctly. QW-5479 (casio.com)

I know this an old thread but... What anonymous above said... Go into hand settings mode and set all hands to 12 then press A to exit... Have a good read of the hand setting section in the manual how to do this and it will become clear.. Your time should be correct after this, if it's still out make sure your GMT offset is correct and update the time via radio control. All should be well. It's kind of complicated but once you've done it it's easy! One thing about this watch that's annoying.. It doesn't seem to have an hourly chime ??

You should not be replacing an adapter on a guess. That could be checked in 15 seconds with a digital multimeter. Your issue is likely a dislodged connector inside. Remove connectors and then reconnect. ..

Follow these: 1. Turn off your calculator(Shift+AC) 2. Click ON 3. Click "Shift+AC+MODE" 4. Hurrah! Thank me! Or, 1.Shift+7+ON This will open diagnostic mode, here you can reset your FX 991EX.

There is no button but a menu tab.
In Run screen, enter the number whose factorial you want to calculate ( number can be at most equal to 69), press [OPTN][F6] to get to next page pf menus. Press then [F3](PROB) then [F1] (x!) followed by [EXE].

Which model number do you have?

[OPTN][LIST] scroll right till you find %. Press the function first then the number. It gives you the percent.

Press set twice

I found the solution listed against a different CAsio Calculator.
It was .. Press AC, then hold 'set' for a few seconds then press 'Tax+' , input new tax rate then press 'set'. Job Done
