Hi,

Press the CA button twice. Then push and hold down the %/set key until the 0 disappeared and reappears. Then type in your tax rate and the percent key (Eg: 8.25%) and then press the TAX+ key. It should save the new tax rate.

Hi, You did not put the batteries in correctly. Please replace in correct + to + and - to -....This should fix this issue.
