1. From a home screen, tap the Apps tab (located at the bottom).
2. Tap Settings.
3. Tap Privacy. To determine if an issue is caused by a third-party app, uncheck Automatic Restore.
4. From the Personal data section, tap Factory data reset.
5. If presented, tap OK.
6. Tap Reset phone. If presented, enter the current passcode or draw the unlock pattern.
7. Tap Erase everything. Allow several minutes for the factory data reset and reboot processes to complete. To setup the device after completing the factory data reset, refer to Initial Activation and Setup.

You can send picture and text using email function to an email address. Usually, with smart phone, you first open the picture. Then, you hold your finger on the picture and there will be a number of functions you can choose. One of them should be email. Choose the email function and continue to fill in the email address you are sending and put in your message in the Subject field. When you finish with them, you can press the Send button to send it out.

hi david -try too turn phone off then back on -if not re enter a few names and numbers to your contact list and see if it does it again -if it does you may be best to take it back to were you got it from -may just need a software upgrade --hope this helps mick

Hello. When you know wich films you want to delet, you highlight them and go to options. Then where it says delet, you then click on delet. It will delet the item with no problem. Good Luck.

Hang.. Try doing a factory reset. It depends on the phone type/model. So you got to refer to the manual. If not, and if the support still available, reach Verizon could be your best bet
