Your battery may need to be replaced. Radio Shack carries them for about $20 - $30 a piece depending on how long the life is in them.

I carry a few for my camcorder just for that reason. Then you will have a backup source.

That obviously depends on the length of the tape. With an 80 minute tape, you can record for 80 minutes in SP mode or 120 minutes in LP mode. With a 60 minute tape, the numbers are 60 minutes and 90 minutes.

on your memory card, there is a little side on it make sure it's tuned on, if that don't work , get a new card. hope this works for you. Snooky Shelton
