My Cannon MP460 has a black ink smudge in the upper left corner when I print. Ink jets seem okay, test comes back clean. Any thoughts?

I got mixed cannon cyan ink and magenta ink together In cannon G1000 printer

Until you get the mix up all out you will never get correct color rendition. If you have some empty cartridges you can try filling them with cleaner and running their contents through the print head until output is perfectly clear. Then use new cartridges with the correct inks and .......................... A real PIA operation but do able if patient.
