Call in an engineer. They will suck out the refrigerant gas and the lubricating oil in the system and then reload it. The oil is only supposed to be in the compressor, and lying it down moved the oil to other places which cause a hydro-lock. This overstrains the compressor and causes it it trip. Or buy a new one depending on age.

Sounds like the fridge is set inside a tight space and with the the compressor running all the time, a lot of heat is generated. Suggest checking the compressor cooling fan and if needed be, add another fan blowing into where the compressor is in order to get the heat away from the heated area.
