I can't set my watch. The book that came with it
I have looked at thier web site and can't find your model listed.
I suggest you go to their web site and find your nearest service center and bend their ears about poor service. T
hey should be able to give you a set of instructions that suit your model, after all, they must have issued such instructions at some time and they should be able to dig them out for you
Please tell me where the serial and model numbers
Most of the time you can find the serial and or model number on the first link that is attached to the case of the watch on the back. Often there is a serial number on the back of the case itself. If not in any of these locations you may have to open the case and look on the inside of the case. Be careful with opening case, if you're not comfortable opening the case yourself take it to a reputable jeweler.
If there are no serials on the watch it is probably a knockoff or replica.
Hope this helps.
How do I get the numbers to align properly with
If you are refering to the chronograph part then you can set the centre hand by pulling out the winder fully and pressing the top right button (or could be the bottom right button) You should be able to press and hold it until it gets to the 12 oclock position then push the winder back in and test it.
My watch stopped ticking, what do i do?
FIrst thing I would do is to take to a local watchmaker/jeweler and see if its the battery. If that doesnt work, here is a link for the Bulova site that you can contact:

Good luck
