There are small pins that are friction fit into the band. You will need a small screwdriver or something the less than the diameter of a paper clip. Using a small hammer tap the pin out in the direction of the arrow which is indicated on the back of the band. Do so for however many links that need to be removed. After doing this then put the band back together and replace the pin by taping it in until it is flush. Use a thin cloth over the pin when taping so you don't scratch the case. Good luck. Your watch thinks your noon is midnight.

Wind the hands forward 12 hours and the date change will be at midnight. You will have to re-set the date if it gains a day when doing this.

While in (digital) Clock mode (NOT in alarm setting mode!!!), push the bottom-right button and then the top-right, to toggle alarm on & off.

When you wind it manually (forward or clockwise) it winds the mainspring. Only need to watch it 5 or 6 times if it's completely stopped you wearing it will do the rest. If you going to get a automatic winder get one that will wind in both directions. It will give a few revolutions clockwise and then we'll go reverse counterclockwise.
