That is how it supposed to be. These new machines are high efficiency. They use minimal water and heating and less detergent as well. The rinses should be marginally more.

Oh, I just noticed it is a top loader. Contact the seller for service. Make sure you aren't on the 'Small Wash' cycle.

To those who are posting that your washer is filling but not agitating or spinning, check the lid switch. Often times the bar that engages the lid switch gets bent or some play in it and will not fully engage the switch. You can check the switch by feeling for the switch (usually on the left side near the back - under the top) and engaging it with a screwdriver. I was able to get mine working by pounding it with my fist above the switch, with the door closed (Fonzi style :) I then bent the metal bar by holding it with pliers, and with the door halfway open, I pryed the door up while holding the bar tightly with the pliers.

In my case it was a old connector harness located on your motor. Leads comming from tacho ( 2 red wires) were not passing thru harness. I rilpped them off and made solid but crimps.

Hope this helps a little.

An LE error code on the washer's display indicates that the motor is locked, possibly due to a heavy wash load. Large and heavy sized loads will put a strain on the motor, causing the LE code to occur. Performing a reset on the washer will normally resolve this error with a reduced load size.Apr 25, 2018

Your washer is off balance or the load is unbalanced. If uL (unbalanced load) appears in display, the load is out of balance. The washer is running a load-balance correction routine.Sep 25, 2018
