What kind of thermal fuse do i need for a Haan Si-35R steamer mop ?

Unfortunately, I don't have specific information on the Haan Si-35R steamer mop, including details about its thermal fuse. However, I can provide you with some general guidance on thermal fuses. A thermal fuse is a safety device that interrupts the flow of electricity in case of overheating. They are typically designed to be non-resettable and need to be replaced if they are triggered. Here are some steps you can take to determine the type of thermal fuse needed for your steamer mop: 1. **Check the Manual:** Refer to the user manual or any documentation that came with your Haan Si-35R steamer mop. The manual may contain information about the thermal fuse, its specifications, and where to obtain a replacement. 2. **Inspect the Existing Thermal Fuse:** If the thermal fuse in your steamer mop has blown, you can inspect the fuse itself for any markings or labels that indicate its specifications. Note down any information such as voltage, current, and temperature rating. 3. **Contact the Manufacturer:** Reach out to Haan customer support or the manufacturer to inquire about the specific thermal fuse needed for your model. They may be able to provide you with the exact specifications or recommend a suitable replacement. 4. **Measure the Fuse:** If you have the technical expertise and the necessary tools, you can measure the dimensions of the existing thermal fuse and check its electrical specifications. Be cautious and ensure the device is unplugged before attempting any measurements. 5. **Professional Assistance:** If you're uncertain about the replacement process or lack the technical knowledge, consider seeking assistance from a professional appliance repair service. They may have access to replacement parts and can ensure the correct installation. When replacing a thermal fuse, it's crucial to use a fuse with the same or equivalent specifications to maintain the safety and proper functioning of the appliance. Using an incorrect or incompatible thermal fuse can pose a safety risk. Keep in mind that the availability of replacement parts may vary, and it's essential to obtain the correct part for your specific model. Always prioritize safety and, if in doubt, consult with the manufacturer or a qualified technician.

Removing and installing the pedal in kenmore upright vacuum cleaner - part no. 8174906; model no. 116.31912100

I don't have specific information on the Kenmore upright vacuum cleaner model number 116.31912100 or the part number 8174906, but I can provide you with general guidance on how to remove and install pedals on some vacuum cleaner models. Keep in mind that procedures may vary between models, so use the following as a general guide:

Removing the Pedal:

  1. Unplug the Vacuum Cleaner: Ensure the vacuum cleaner is unplugged to prevent any electrical accidents.
  2. Turn the Vacuum Cleaner Over: Lay the vacuum cleaner on its back so that you have easy access to the underside.
  3. Locate the Pedal Assembly: Identify the pedal assembly on the underside of the vacuum cleaner. It is usually connected to the height adjustment or other features.
  4. Release Tabs or Screws: Look for tabs or screws securing the pedal assembly in place. Use a screwdriver or the appropriate tool to release these tabs or screws.
  5. Disconnect Linkages: Some pedal assemblies are connected to linkages that control various functions. Disconnect any linkages carefully.
  6. Remove the Pedal Assembly: Once the tabs, screws, and linkages are disconnected, carefully remove the pedal assembly from its housing.

Installing the Pedal:

  1. Position the New Pedal: If you are replacing the pedal, position the new pedal in place.
  2. Reconnect Linkages: If your vacuum cleaner has linkages, reconnect them to the appropriate points on the new pedal assembly.
  3. Secure the Pedal: Use screws or tabs to secure the new pedal assembly in place. Make sure it is securely fastened.
  4. Test the Pedal: Manually operate the pedal to ensure that it moves smoothly and engages the desired function.
  5. Turn the Vacuum Cleaner Upright: Once the pedal is securely in place, turn the vacuum cleaner upright and plug it back in.
If you're uncertain about any steps or encounter difficulties, it's recommended to consult the user manual for your specific model or contact the manufacturer's customer support for assistance. They may provide detailed instructions or guidance tailored to your vacuum cleaner's model and part.

I had to take apart my shark navigator vaccuum cleaner and clean it. I need a diagram to see where to put everything back, mainly the magnets.

The two long magnets (maybe about 2" and tapered across one long side) go in the housing in front of the brush. One fits on the right, the other on the left. The tapered ends point up. When you put the top cover back on, it will enclose the magnets completely. Took me 45 minutes to figure that out after realizing one magnet was still in place. Sheesh. Lol

My Sonic Clean vacuum has no suction?

All questions need full make and model https://www.google.com/search?q=sonic+clean+vacuum They make a few models in upright and floor compacts. You have a blockage somewhere. When something is obstructing the flow, the motor is still trying to suck air. It has to go somewhere, so it blows instead. The blockage could be anywhere, but you mention brush rolls, so on an upright, remove the base plate and the brush and check the hole behind it. In a vacuum with a hose, check the hose itself and the motorized brush head, the same hole behind the brush. https://www.google.com/search?q=sonic+clean+vacuum+no+suction If your vacuum's suction power has decrease with use, this is because 1) the filter bag needs to be changed and/or 2) the vacuum has a clog in the suction path. For clog removal instructions, please reference page 10 of your vacuum's user manual.

Replace belt on Electrolux Epic 2500 SR Upright

1. Start by removing the screws that secure the bottom plate of your vacuum. 2. Once the bottom plate is removed, you will find the belt inside, as well as the belt pulley and drive wheels. 3. Disconnect the belt from the belt pulley. 4. Align the new belt over the belt pulley and drive wheels so that the teeth of the belt match up with the grooves on the pulley. 5. Wrap the belt around the pulley and drive wheels, and then reattach the belt to the pulley with the supplied clips. 6. Reassemble the vacuum and you're done!

Blocked vax 1700 does anyone know how to clear the blockage

The best way to clear a blockage on a Vax 1700 vacuum cleaner is to turn the machine off and remove the dust canister. Then remove the filter from the dust canister and rinse it in water to remove any debris. After the filter is dry, re-insert it into the dust canister and put the canister back into the machine. Finally, turn the vacuum back on to ensure the blockage has been cleared.

Try cleaning out the motor and fan chamber, if there is a build-up of dust and dirt, it can prevent the fan from spinning. Also, check the battery and charging port for any damage.

I have a vax power max carpet washer and the holes the water comes out of are blocked how can I clean it

You can clean the holes by using an old toothbrush and a solution of warm water and vinegar. Scrub the holes gently to remove any dirt or debris that is blocking them. You can also use a thin wire or pipe cleaner to help clear any clogs.

Hi , I have a vax rapid power revive carpet cleaner and the brushes aren't spinning, can you help?

To troubleshoot this issue, start by checking the belt on the cleaner. Make sure it has not become cracked or frayed. Also ensure the brushes are properly installed and not hampered by dirt or debris. If the belt looks intact and the brushes are secure, next check the belt tensioning wheel. It should be properly tightened, so if necessary, adjust accordingly. Lastly, some models use separate power sources to drive the brush roll and the suction motor, so make sure that both are working correctly.

Brush runs when handle is up on u6439-900

That's weird. When the handle is up on the Hoover WindTunnel T-Series U6439-900 Bagless Upright Vacuum Cleaner, the brushroll will not run. This vacuum is designed to run the brushroll only when the handle is in the lower (or operating) position. I'd suggest contacting Hoover for help.
