Very simple answer, you can't. You have been watching too many old 'Dukes of Hazzard films where you cut a few wires, twist a few together and rub one wire against some metal and the car magically starts.
Modern cars have alarms and engine immobilizers, computer controlled, so you need a mobile auto locksmith to make you a new chip key, and program it.
When the vehicle was new, they gave you three keys. When you lose number 3 and then 2, you are supposed to get another, or this happens... no key.
Typing in all CAPs is considered SHOUTING, rude and is harder to read. It is better to type properly on internet sites and forums.

This says it is only supposed to run for 30 seconds, so it must have some sort of timer, perhaps in the chimney stack. The other possibility is that the electric motor needs cleaning and lubricating. If you have a Model Shop near you, they normally do repairs or know someone that does. It is a $90 toy so worth repairing!

If the Peg Perego Thomas The Train ride-on is not moving but the horn and whistle are still working, it's likely an issue with the motor or the gearbox. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:
Check the battery: Make sure the battery is fully charged and properly connected. If the battery is old, it may need to be replaced.
Check the wiring: Inspect the wiring for any damage or loose connections. Ensure that the wiring is properly connected to the motor and gearbox.
Check the motor: The motor may be burnt out or malfunctioning. Use a multimeter to test the motor and see if it's receiving power.
Check the gearbox: The gearbox may be jammed or worn out. Inspect the gearbox for any damage or obstructions. Try lubricating the gears with some WD-40 to see if that helps.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, it may be best to contact Peg Perego customer service or take the ride-on to a certified repair shop.
If your Sky Rover helicopter is only flashing for a few seconds before stopping and you are unable to sync it with your controller, there could be a few possible causes. Here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot the issue:
Check the battery: Make sure that the battery in the helicopter is charged and properly installed. You can try replacing the battery with a new one to see if that resolves the issue.
Check the controller: Make sure that the controller is charged and properly paired with the helicopter. You can try re-pairing the controller by following the manufacturer's instructions for doing so.
Check for interference: Make sure that there are no other electronic devices or sources of interference in the area that could be disrupting the signal between the controller and the helicopter.
Check for damage: Inspect the helicopter and controller for any signs of damage, such as broken or frayed wires, and make sure that all connections are secure.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, it may be necessary to seek professional assistance or contact the manufacturer for further troubleshooting and support.
If your Knightforce helicopter is not turning on after charging, it is possible that the battery is not properly connected. If your Sesame Street train engine is not responding to the remote, here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:
Check the batteries: Make sure the batteries in both the train engine and remote are fresh and properly inserted.
Check the connections: Make sure the train engine and remote are properly connected and paired. There may be a reset button on the engine or remote that you can press to reset the connection.
Check the distance: Make sure you are within range of the train engine. If you are too far away, the remote may not work.
Check for obstructions: Make sure there are no obstructions blocking the signal between the remote and train engine, such as furniture or walls.
Contact customer service: If none of these steps work, you may need to contact the manufacturer's customer service for further assistance. They may be able to provide additional troubleshooting steps or offer a replacement if the train engine or remote is faulty.
There's a little hatch in the back of the locomotive (front car), you have to use a small screwdriver to unscrew the screw, take off the hatch, then stick 2 batteries in. The "on" button is on the left side of the locomotive and one setting is motion with sound, one is motion with no sound--hope this helps!
