Simplest answer here is to contact the original manufacturer. If it is an old oven most good repair shops can find or replace the timer knob. Costs will depend on where you buy it and if you pay to have the repair done.

It could be the fact that the timer could be broken or stuck then on your toaster oven and the timer needs to be replaced.

The model number you gave does not have a manual that I can find. Most of the Bravetti toaster ovens have 3 digits in the model number. The only ones listed online with two digits in the model number are the TO21, TO23 and the TO36; several of these do not include Bravetti in the model name. It could the the select switch might be broken then or it could be because it is also broken too and you should buy a new toaster oven.
