Free flowing regulator
If free flow from the moment the unit is pressurized it could be the 1st stage intermediate pressure (IP) is too high or the second stage valve seat is missing, set screw is too loose, seat is damaged or has debris on it. If the free flow gradually increases under pressure it usually indicates a damaged 1st stage valve seat. A trained Mares Tech with the correct tools and genuine parts would be the best solution.

Not familiar with this compressor. Small systems on startup generally have an over-pressure solenoid which prevents over pressure damage to the 1st stage from a blockage downstream or a too high downstream setting. When these units start you hear a hissing noise for a second or two until it gets to pressure then bypasses after that. The over pressure system consists of valves/seats which may be damaged or have debris in them. Best of luck, sounds like a trip to a compressor service company.

I would guess either the valve has frozen up which sometimes is a pain since you have to watch what you lube it with. I suggest 100% pure virgin olive oil to free it up and then flush is multiple times when you free it up.
You could also have a tiny hole in the membraine that you will have trouble detecting. A little food coloring (red or yellow works best) mixed with water is the best way to find out if it is good. Again make sure you flush it afterwards.
NOTE: The next time you store your regulator a couple of drops of olive oil will keep you out of trouble.
Have a champion gun safe.
If your model safe has the glass relocker and you didn't re-pin the relocker when you moved it, you might have broken the glass relocker during the move. That would keep it from opening.

It sounds like it is full and can only hold so much information in the watch. Upload the contents to the computer and then delete whatever is on the watch to start again. You can replace the info on your most current dives after you save a copy in your pc. Deleting the contents of the watch should enable you to enter information in all available prompts on the pc ect. Once the watch approaches the limit of how much information can be stored in it ect., it starts to act funny and it blocks access to info at will. Deleting what has been entered to clear space should solve the problem. If clearing the info stored in the watch does not solve the problem then I would suggest taking it to a professional for repair.

As an ex scuba diver and instructor, I strongly recommend that you bring it back where you bought it and have it checked out professionally. Your regulator is your life. At 20 feet, or even 33 feet, you probably wouldn't have a problem if it malfunctioned but on a deeper dive any problem can be fatal.
I'm not familiar with the particular unit you have but what I said applies to any regulator. If you've completed a dive course like the ones given by NAUI, you would know this. Far more important to make a mistake and be safe than ignore a real potential problem.

Most "Sliding" Cequent products won't slide by hand. You will need the full weight of a trailer in order to do so. All CURT rollers glide with ease.
