Check the fuses located on both sides of the mains connection in the back of the autoclave. One of them has blown. If both check ok, then check the connection tho the mains. I know nothing about the device, but it reads like you forced the door into a wedged position and it's stuck there. Disconnect the main power. Wait 5 minutes and then reconnect power. Door lock will release. If this doesn't work, the locking relay needs replacement.

By convention solvent A is the aqueous solvent and solvent B is the organic one, so the designation seems to be right. The baseline does not always raise with the increasing amount of solvent B, it depends how steep is the gradient.
