The exterior metal doors of my Garland gas ovens get burning hot. What can I do to protect the children if they touch it inadvertently?

Garland Ranges are not suitable for home use! They are restaurant, catering and cafe quality in an environment where children are not permitted. You can put a physical barrier in front of it, but in my day, parents said "don't go near this or you will get burned", and if you did, it was a learning process. Take them close to it and let them feel the heat. Have a safety discussion with them. See, all are stated for 'Catering'. I am a retired chef and hospitality manager, this is my trade and my career, I am also a safety trainer. https://www.google.com/search?q=Garland+gas+ovens ..

Rational SCCWE201G Gas Reset Error

The Rational SCCWE201G is a combi oven manufactured by Rational AG, and it's commonly used in commercial kitchens. If you're encountering a "Gas Reset Error" on this oven, it typically indicates an issue with the gas supply or ignition system. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the error: Check Gas Supply: Ensure that the gas supply to the oven is turned on and that there are no issues with the gas line. Sometimes, a simple disruption in the gas supply can trigger this error. Inspect Gas Inlet: Make sure the gas inlet valve is open and not obstructed. You may also want to check for any gas leaks around the valve or gas lines. If you detect a gas leak, immediately turn off the gas supply and call a qualified technician to fix it. Check Ignition: The "Gas Reset Error" can also be related to issues with the ignition system. Check the ignition electrode and ensure it's clean and properly positioned. Over time, these electrodes can become dirty or misaligned, which can affect ignition. Clear Error Code: If the error code persists after you've checked the gas supply and ignition system, try clearing the error code by turning off the oven's power for a few minutes and then turning it back on. This can sometimes reset the system and clear temporary errors. Consult the Manual: Refer to the oven's user manual or technical documentation for specific troubleshooting instructions related to the "Gas Reset Error." The manual may have a section dedicated to error codes and their resolutions. Contact Professional Service: If none of the above steps resolves the issue, it's essential to contact a qualified service technician or Rational AG's customer support for further assistance. Gas-related issues can be hazardous, so it's crucial to have a professional address them. Never attempt to service gas equipment if you are not trained or qualified to do so, as gas-related issues can be dangerous. Always prioritize safety and consult with a professional technician if you are unsure how to proceed or if the problem persists after basic troubleshooting.

Replace of the thermo-sensor Kuppersbusch EEB98000MX76.

It is a little known make in North America and no one has documented the job. If you can see the sensor, you can replace it. Just follow the wire, they usually hide in the back or behind the control panel. This looks like the part marked as 'thermometer' and is actually a 'thermistor', an electronic temperature sensor. https://shop.euras.com/de_de/hausgeraete-dresden/K%C3%9CPPERSBUSCH_EEB98000MX76_701416_D338878.html Looks German, this link might work better for you based on your location. https://www.google.com/search?q=Kueppersbusch+EEB98000MX76+replace+oven+sensor ..

Hotpoint Ultima oven problem

I have one of these, mine is named Cannon. There are two fans. One that comes on when the main oven is used and heating, the other is for air cirsulation for the top or small oven and has nothing to do with the heating or cooling of the top oven. If it doesn't reach temperature, I would be looking at the thermocouple/thermostat as a first suspect.

My St George multi function oven has a noisy fan. How can I fix it?

Clean grease off the fan blades, remove the fan motor and re-secure it. Make sure there are no blades missing from the fan. Lubricate the fan shaft. Make sure any guard on the fan is not fouling and make sure the guard is properly secured. Vibration is what is likely causing the noise. Or just replace the fan parts. https://www.google.com/search?q=St+George+multi+function+oven+noisy+fan ..

ILVE-USA Majestic II 60" range has an oven door out of alignment. How do you adjust the hinges to correct the poor alignment?

Contact them direct. Misaligned doors are normally caused by the door becoming warped. Doors lift off catches for cleaning and should only go on one way. Door retention springs can go slack, but they still seat properly. It is not a make I have heard of, but it is obviously a high end appliance. The price must be so frightening that they don't tell you on the webpage!
